I understand that it is hard to wake up everyday, and force yourself to go to the GYM, but for the love of people that have to look at you everyday.... Keep going to the GYM!!! My cousin, stopped going to the GYM, and after 3 weeks, he had a heart attack. Not going to the GYM, will make you fat, and it will kill you. I will personally push you, to go to the GYM at least 5 times a day.
